Cosplay Model Network
The best place to find top talent from professionals, to photographers to models plus more.
The story
About this project
Cosplay Model Network was an experimental project focused on creating a unique model, fashion, and cosplay social network. The purpose of the Cosplay Model Network was to bridge the gap between talent, from photographers, fans, and models; to find other people with similar interests. Users can like, message, buy gifts, and socialize on the platform. Cosplay Model Network would be a creative fusion/inspiration from/of OnlyFans (I already had planned this way before OnlyFans existed), Patreon, Facebook, Instagram, Playboy?, and other social networks.
The project was scrapped due to sheer complexity, and inferior developer environment because Microsoft docs/maintainability kind of sucks.
Here is an example of the 2nd iteration of the database schema (there are 4 iterations; 4th one is about 3x large in tables); yes I know about 2nd normal form… Nth, etc.
